Experienced Store Manager that handles 30 staff. I am responsible for staff development that focus on my team growth by creating training plans and training targets for each individual that will promote good working environment and motivation if the staff. Giving Customer service that exceeds the expectations of the customers thru product displays, shopping experience and store stocks availability and Achieving sales and profit by monitoring the store monthly profit and loss, by assessing what are the chances and action plan for the next month opportunity. I am currently handling sales Supervisor position where I manage 20 people in the floor. I manage 13 brands particularly for Ladies section. I also do merchandising of items mostly for items not selling in the floor to prevent slow moving items and maximize sale opportunities. I am diverse to work with different nationality and very eager to learn from others. I can work with a minimum supervision and have initiative to make sure the job is done properly and accurately.
